Convocare Adunarea Generala a Asociaților AIRVOLT CORPORATION CEE S.R.L.
Airvolt Corporation CEE S.R.L. held a General Shareholder’s meeting on July 20 20223 and decided to remove Mr. Tudor Calin Borzea from the position of Company Administrator.
Mr. Tudor Calin Borzea did not manage to fulfil his duties as Administrator over the course of the previous 6 months prior to the GA Meeting, moreover, acting against the best interest of the company, through actions such as:
- Neglecting his duties towards the company, in terms of allocating the efforts necessary, attributed to his shares.
- Neglecting his duties towards the company, denying company members access to essential company documents once these documents were in his positions for a period of 2-3 months, essentially preventing the company from updating required information and making changes with the bank.
- Disclosing essential information to people outside the company.
To this avail, we are removing Mr. Tudor Calin Borzea from Administrator Position of the company, and publishing all documents online, as per legal requirements of Romanian Legislation.
